Prices 2008

High Season (19 July - 6 Sept)	£450 per week (no short breaks)
Rest of the Year	£250 per week for 2 people; each additional person £50
Short Breaks	£250 for 3 nights for up to 7 people; each additional night £50

A deposit of 50% of the rental is payable on booking, with the balance due four weeks before commencement.  This will only be returned in exceptional circumstances, for example if cancellation is due to illness. Guests are advised to take out holiday insurance.
